The feedback has been absolutely overwhelming and wonderful, so many thanks! I'm so happy so many people can find use out of this!

I've made this guide with the intention of helping out people who aren't quite sure what to do with their character, or are struggling to make them appear interesting. I wanted to cover the basics of my view of characterisation, and try to present what it's all about before diving into any sort of details (favourite foods, etc). This isn't quite a tutorial, per se, but it's intended to make you think more deeply about your character's aims and how it all operates together in a story-setting. This applies just as much to any RPer and writer, no matter the medium!
